• Are the tickets collected at the hotel or the park? Tickets are handed out at the hotel reception during check-in. If your room isn’t ready, you can store your luggage, enjoy the park, and return to pick up your room later.
• Can I enter the park directly without going through the ticket office? Yes, your tickets allow direct access through the turnstiles, skipping the ticket lines.
• Do the tickets have open dates, or must they be used during the stay? They must be used within your stay. If you book two days, they must be used on consecutive days.
• Is there a time limit for ticket collection? Yes, if you plan to visit the park on your arrival day, please contact the hotel. Tickets for the same day are not guaranteed after 5:00 PM.
