Sercotel Princesa de Éboli is committed to offer its guests and staff a smoke free atmosphere to ensure a healthier stay to all its clients.
WHY WE SET UP A 100% SMOKE FREE HOTEL POLICY?
Our 100% smoke free policy is supported by a large number of clients who, while making their reservations or at their check in, request for a non-smoking room. The only way to be able to offer this experience to our clients is to not allow smoking inside the whole building. Consequently, we apply this preference to all our clients, and we offer open air areas to satisfy needs of those clients who want to smoke.
WHAT KIND OF MEASURES WILL TAKE SERCOTEL PRINCESA DE EBOLI TO COMPLY IT?
100% smoke free hotel policy is part of Sercotel Princesa de Éboli quality increase process. All staff has been trained to detect any infringement of this policy. For instance, house keeping staff was trained to detect any sign of smoking in bedrooms.
Besides this, all our partners (travel agencies, tour operators…) has been informed about this change concerning smoking policy, as well as our direct clients through their reservation confirmation by e-mail.
CLIENTS’ COMMITMENT
In order to guarantee and maintain a 100% smoke free atmosphere in all its indoor areas (including bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas) Sercotel Princesa de Éboli kindly requests collaboration to all its guests.
Since last 1st October 2018 Hotel has started a deep cleaning procedure, so from this day, smoking or electronic cigarette use are forbidden in any area, except outdoor terraces and main door entrance.
This rule infraction detected by any hotel staff might incur in an extra charge in your account of 250 € as compensation for cleaning and sanitizing of your room. As well as a potential damage for your health, fumes and cigarette butts can also pollute the environment. We appreciate your collaboration by respecting our policy and keeping a healthy, safe and ecological hotel.
