For the third year in a row, Sercotel Princesa de Éboli dresses up for Christmas Eve. We’ve crafted a menu that showcases the finest Spanish cuisine, lovingly prepared by our kitchen team.

On Christmas Eve, as you enjoy this special night with your family at Sercotel Princesa de Éboli in Pinto, you’ll also be treated to an intimate, festive ambiance created by a duo of live performers, with timeless classics and Christmas songs to accompany the evening.

Christmas Day Buffet

Fancy a Christmas lunch with everything ready on the table? Skip the cooking and come enjoy a magnificent Christmas Day buffet with family or friends: our chef’s finest cuisine in buffet format, featuring festive dishes and over 30 specialties.

Seafood, a selection of Iberian cold cuts and cheeses, rice and pasta dishes, exquisite fish and meats, chef’s delicatessen, and a generous spread of homemade desserts.

Plus, Santa Claus will bring a gift for every child, and we’ll have special festive entertainment so everyone has a wonderful time.

Grand New Year’s Eve Gala

Sercotel Princesa de Éboli dresses up for the New Year’s Eve Gala. We have prepared a fine-dining menu to bid farewell to the year as it deserves, with a curated wine selection, a toast and the traditional lucky grapes.

The evening runs from 20:30 to 04:00 with a DJ and special New Year’s entertainment, party favors (adult and children) and an open bar for mixed drinks and cocktails from 00:30 to 04:00, plus a late-night snack featuring a sweet & savory table and the traditional churros with hot chocolate. Children’s menu and private parking (subject to availability).

New Year’s Day Brunch

Our traditional and spectacular New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet to kick off the new year, featuring a unique culinary spread.

This delicious buffet includes top-quality produce as well as dishes prepared by our Chef to start 2026 in the best way. We’ll round it off with tempting desserts such as pancakes with toppings, dulce de leche brownies, and a lime–lemon “fresh” dessert.

Three Kings Day

Have you thought about how you’ll chat with the family about what Their Majesties, the Three Kings, got right—and what they didn’t? At Sercotel Princesa de Éboli we propose an exquisite lunch to bring everyone together and put the perfect finishing touch on the Christmas season.
