At Sercotel Princesa de Éboli, we are re-launching our Christmas gastronomic campaign and are maintaining our grand commitment from previous years: the Christmas Eve Gala, which has become an essential event.
In addition to the Christmas Eve Gala, you can enjoy the most special night at the New Year’s Eve Grand Gala, toast at the Christmas Buffet, start the year with energy at the New Year’s Brunch Buffet, and share moments with the little ones at the Kings’ Day Lunch.
With over a decade of experience, we are excitedly preparing our halls and private spaces so you can live these dates as they deserve.
A proposal designed for each moment and to celebrate it with whoever you choose; the important thing is to share Christmas again.

Christmas Eve Gala
For the third year in a row, Sercotel Princesa de Éboli is dressing for the Gala on Christmas Eve.
We have designed a menu with a selection of the best Spanish cuisine, carefully prepared by our kitchen team.
During the Christmas Eve, to the charm of enjoying such a special night with family at Sercotel Princesa de Éboli in Pinto, we will add the intimate and festive atmosphere created by a duo of artists who will enliven the evening with traditional and Christmas songs.

Christmas Buffet
A Christmas meal with the family at a set table? Don’t stay at home and come enjoy with family or friends a magnificent special Christmas buffet, the best cuisine from our chef offered buffet style, with holiday dishes and over 30 specialties. Seafood, selection of Iberian and cheeses, rice and pasta, exquisite fish and meats, chef’s delicatessen and a great display of homemade desserts. In addition, Santa Claus will bring gifts for all the children and we will have special Christmas entertainment to have a great time…
Grand New Year's Eve Gala
Sercotel Princesa de Éboli is decked out for New Year’s Eve. We’ve designed a high-end cuisine menu to bid farewell to the year as it deserves, with a selected wine cellar, toast, and lucky grapes.
The evening lasts from 20:30 to 04:00 with a DJ and special end-of-year entertainment, party favors (for adults and children) and an open bar of mixed drinks and cocktails from 00:30 to 04:00, in addition to a late-night snack with a sweet and savory table and the traditional churros with chocolate. We also have a children’s menu and private parking (until full).

New Year's Brunch
Our traditional and spectacular New Year’s Brunch Buffet, where we propose a unique gastronomic display.
This delicious buffet will feature top-quality products, as well as dishes prepared by our Chef to kickstart 2026. We will top off our Brunch with attractive desserts like pancakes with toppings, dulce de leche brownies or fresh lime lemon dessert.

Three Kings' Day
Have you thought about how you are going to discuss the successes and mistakes of Their Majesties the Three Kings with your family? At Sercotel Princesa de Eboli, we propose an exquisite lunch to gather the family and put a golden finishing touch to Christmas. We will have our delicious King’s cake and the little ones will be able to discover if they have left coal or a King’s gift for them at our hotel. Plus, we will have entertainment service for the little ones!
