This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and it’s great, they have renovated rooms and everything is as great as always. Perfect breakfast and great location for getting around and eating next to the shopping center, we choose it when we visit Madrid and it’s also great for going to Warner Park.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and the location was ideal. The food was delicious with great options for everyone, even our kids. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

Very clean, extremely friendly staff, and something to mention is that my daughter is celiac and allergic to milk protein, and they provided options which I greatly appreciate.

We went from Friday to Sunday. I was looking at different hotels but since my daughters are over 12 years old I had to get separate rooms. This option for a quadruple room came up and I decided to go for it. It was a great choice, the room surprised me. Two separate bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a very large double bed. A small living room with a sofa, TV, and a table with 4 chairs. Two bathrooms in each room and a kitchen (there was a charge for using it). I loved being able to share the room with my daughters, all together and then everyone having their own space. We had breakfast included and it seemed very complete. Many thanks to the entire team at Princesa de Éboli.

Magnificent hotel near the Warner. Everything very clean. Large and quiet rooms despite being holidays. Worth repeating.

Everything was perfect. The reception was excellent, they kept our luggage at the reception until the evening; because we did not have the room until 2:00 PM and at that time we were not at the hotel. The breakfast was luxurious. A unique experience.

I chose a junior suite and for the price it is, I think it should include breakfast. The room is large and clean, I liked it a lot.

The experience at the hotel was unbeatable. Always perfect service. Very clean. The breakfasts were extremely comprehensive. The day we were leaving the room, we were going to spend the day in Madrid and they allowed us to leave the car parked in the parking lot all day at no cost. We will definitely repeat.

Good morning. I recommend this hotel 100%, very good quality for the price, the best part is the bed, it’s the first thing I look at in a hotel, because you rest after a hard day, I have added it to my favorites for when I return to Madrid.

Everything was great. The reception service, the room, the breakfast buffet. The fact that tickets were included with the stay. Everything was top-notch. I have only one complaint. During the three nights I stayed, the cleaning service did not empty the kitchen trash. I suppose it was an oversight. On the other hand, there was no way to use the room safe. They should include clearer instructions. Thank you and greetings.

The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable. Very well located for a weekend getaway to Warner Park. But what undoubtedly stands out is the staff, always attentive to the customer’s needs. I recommend it 100% and I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is really good and the breakfast is perfect but the price is extremely expensive. I highly doubt that I will return to this hotel since it’s super pricey.

This is the second time we have been here and we will definitely come back. We love the hotel for its facilities, comfort, location, and especially the staff’s treatment. Moreover, I would like to expressly thank the reception staff because I had to cancel a reservation a few weeks ago due to a major cause and they attended me very well.
