Buffet breakfast

Having breakfast at the Princesa de Éboli Hotel is to treat yourself to a full and unhurried start to the day. Our buffet breakfast combines traditional Mediterranean offerings with contemporary options, in a bright space overlooking the terrace; in the warmer months, you can also enjoy breakfast outdoors. You’ll find everything from ‘pa amb tomàquet’ with olive oil and ‘fuet’, fresh fruit and yogurts, to freshly baked pastries. And, as with any great hotel breakfast, the classic hot items are not missing: eggs, tortilla, bacon, and sausages. To finish, a special treat just from us: chocolate with churros. A proposal designed to start the day with energy, whether you’re facing a day at work or a visit to Warner Park, with the peace of mind that everything is taken care of and well organized.
EBOLI gastro Restaurant
Our ÉBOLIgastro Restaurant is a cozy and intimate space, featuring Art Deco inspired décor, designed for unhurried dining. The menu is based on Mediterranean and Spanish cuisine, but with a creative twist: from the “lingote” of spicy potato with bravas sauce and black garlic to our different types of rice dishes (such as the Seafood Rice “llauna” style). You will also find a carefully selected range of meats and fish (sea bass, cod, sirloin…). To accompany, we have a wine cellar with references from different regions, including classics such as Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
gastroBAR & Terrace El Patio
A space to share, enjoy and extend the moment.
The gastroBAR at the Hotel Princesa de Éboli follows the rhythm of the day, whether you’re coming from Pinto or the surrounding area, or staying with us. A comfortable space for a coffee, a beer, or a leisurely informal dinner. The menu mixes a selection of dishes from ÉBOLIgastro Restaurant with proposals for sharing and snacking. And when the weather is good, the plan moves to El Patio, our outdoor terrace in the heart of Pinto.
There are dishes that stay in the memory. In our gastroBAR, many customers have it clear: the grilled ox gastro Burger is one of the favorites. And it usually goes well with other essentials from the menu, such as the Éboli Bite, the Salmon Wok or the Princess Sandwich. The atmosphere is accomodating. Here, informal dinners are shared while watching the Champions League on the screen, enjoy quiet afternoons or unhurried meetings at the end of the day.

The Room Service of the Princesa de Éboli Hotel brings the same inventive fare from the gastroBAR to your room: the same menu and meticulous care in each dish, no “reduced” versions. Each order is freshly prepared for you to enjoy comfortably, whether you arrive late or prefer a quiet dinner after a day of work. Order it from your room’s phone and receive it ready to enjoy, with the support of the same kitchen and room service team. A 10% surcharge is applied to the prices indicated on the menu and a minimum consumption of €10 is established. For any questions or special needs during the order, the team is ready to assist you directly from the hotel. It’s simple: choose from the gastroBAR menu and enjoy. Sometimes, the best table in the hotel is the one you already have.
